Interviews with IT and IT security specialists from firms of all sizes and sectors were used to construct this research. 27 nations from Europe, the Asia-Pacific area, Latin America, North America, the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region, including Pakistan, took part in the study.

Weak IT security impacts
According to research, 20% of Pakistani businesses and 38% of businesses globally believe that lost productivity and downtime are the most serious business issues brought on by weak IT security.The main cause of this issue is the length of time it takes to determine and address threats.
Furthermore, outsourcing of business processes problems are cited as the top worry by 19% of Pakistani firms.
